Plaintiff Allen Organ Company ("Allen") instituted this non-jury action against Defendants General Electro Music Corporation ("GEM USA"), GEM Industry S.p.A. ("GEM Italy"), and Galanti Organ Builders, Inc. ("GOBI"), seeking injunctive and compensatory relief for false advertising pursuant to section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).
