BEAM, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal of the imposition of Rule 11 sanctions, and the dismissal with prejudice of appellants' Title VII action. The district court imposed Rule 11 sanctions on Pope and on her lawyer Caranchini, and dismissed Pope's action with prejudice. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand to the district court for further proceedings.
