Following a jury trial, the defendant, Edward Ray Faircloth, was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Ill. Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 1401), and drug induced homicide (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 9-3.3). The defendant was sentenced to consecutive sentences of 30 years for drug induced homicide...
