After nearly thirty years in the employ of the defendant, Jerry L. Morton was fired. Morton has now turned to the courts for vindication and for compensation. Morton, however, has not brought a solitary lawsuit. Rather, Morton claims in state court that he was fired and is unsuitable for employment due to injuries sustained in a car accident....
