Cathy Cooper appeals from the denial of motions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and to withdraw her plea of guilty. Ms. Cooper contends the information charging her with violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b) was filed after the expiration of the statute of limitations, 18 U.S.C. § 3282; therefore, despite her guilty plea, the district court was without jurisdiction to prosecute her.
