Appellant Jung Yul Yu appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered on May 16, 1991, sentencing him to ten months' imprisonment on his plea of guilty to two counts of bribery of a public official, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 201(b)(1)(A).
