Plaintiff Rupp brings this action against the defendants for retaliation, adverse treatment and constructive discharge in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination, Kan.Stat.Ann. § 44-1001, et seq.
