Fisher Brothers Textiles, through Louis Fisher, has appealed our order which denied approval of private criminal complaints which it wished to file against Alan Pearlstein and Allied National Trading Co. Inc. Accordingly, we are issuing this opinion pursuant to the provisions of Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925.
