Appellant Javier Aaron Dabdoub-Canez (Canez) was convicted of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
