This action arises under the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-1 — 2000e-17 (1988 & West Supp. 1991). Plaintiff alleges that she was sexually harassed by the defendants during her tenure as an employee of the defendant New York State — Council 82/AFSCME Joint Committee on Quality of Working Life.
