Plaintiff, Sherwin J. Watkins, was hired by Defendant, General Refractories, in January of 1971 as a cost supervisor at the defendant's Lehi, Utah plant for an indefinite term. Watkins worked at the Lehi plant until October 15, 1990, when he was terminated.
