Plaintiff is seeking review of the Secretary of Health and Human Services's decision denying his application for disability benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The Administrative Law Judge (hereafter ALJ) held a hearing, and thereafter affirmed the Social Security Administration's denial of plaintiff's claim.
