THIS MATTER is before the Court on the several Motions of the Parties. On 29 January 1992, Defendants moved for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff, on 12 March 1992, moved to reinstate Plaintiff's claim in strict liability. Subsequently, on 5 March 1992, Defendants moved to strike certain affidavits and other materials filed by Plaintiff in opposition to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment....
