This matter is before the Court upon defendant Boy Scouts of America, Inc.'s Motion for Summary Judgment. The present action was filed by plaintiffs against the Civil Air Patrol (hereinafter "CAP") and the Boy Scouts of America, Inc. (hereinafter "BSA") for incidents involving defendant Albert Edward Newman, an adult volunteer of a dually chartered CAP/BSA post. Mr. Newman was convicted of sexually molesting plaintiff...
