Defendant, Nefdale Calle, was indicted, together with Beatrice Taylor and Martha Grisales, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute over 5 kilograms of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and for possession with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(A)(ii). On December 2, 1991, the defendant pled guilty to the conspiracy count...
