Before the court are two motions relating only to the claim of Grant Smith, an incompetent, whose claim is being brought by his guardian, plaintiff Dorothy Watkins Cooper. The court previously entered an order in this case granting in part and denying in part defendant's motion for summary judgment as to the claims of all other plaintiffs on January 10, 1992.
