Defendants appeal from summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff. Plaintiff instituted this action seeking to quiet title to three "well lots" in Hagen's Mobile Estates Subdivision in Canyon County. The plaintiff sought title to the lots in question on the theory of adverse possession.
