In this legal malpractice action, Cianbro Corporation ("Cianbro") contends that defendant Otis Allen Jeffcoat ("Jeffcoat") negligently failed to commence suit to foreclose a mechanic's lien in a timely fashion, thereby rendering the mechanic's lien invalid.
