Following a jury trial, defendant, Larry Brown, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and armed violence and was sentenced as an habitual offender to natural life imprisonment. Defendant has appealed his convictions, asserting that he was deprived of his right to a fair trial and that he was not proved guilty of these offenses...
