("Kodiak"), Bombardier-Rotax, GmbH ("Rotax") and Fritz Hintermayer, GmbH, Bing-Vergaser-Fabrik (incorrectly sued as Bing Vergasser) ("Bing") for injuries he suffered in the crash of a Wizard ultralight aircraft, Model No. J-3BK440 in Mettawa, Illinois on June 8, 1991.
