Appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of driving while intoxicated, and the trial court found him guilty and assessed punishment at confinement for one year, probated for two years, and a $100 fine. By two points of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred by admitting hearsay testimony, over objection, during a suppression hearing and by overruling the motion to suppress evidence.
