On April 6-7, 1992, the Court held an evidentiary hearing on the Motion of the Dallas Independent School District ("DISD") to Relocate Montessori I at G.B. Dealey in 1992-93, and related pleadings and briefs.1 The School District asks the Court to relocate the Montessori Academy now at Hotchkiss to G.B.
