Plaintiff William S. Flickinger brought this action against defendants Harold C. Brown & Co. ("Brown") and Bradford Broker Settlement, Inc., n/k/a Fidata Brokerage, Inc. ("BBSI"), for violation of the federal securities laws, fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
