This consolidated appeal arises out of an action to recover damages for injuries received on August 23, 1988, when propane gas apparently escaped from an uncapped pipe and exploded, injuring plaintiffs Vickie D. Swisher, Agnes Swisher, and Paul Swisher. Plaintiffs allege their injuries were caused by defendants Dorothy L. Janes, Bruce E. Maxwell, and/or Ronald E. Rodgers.
