CARDINE, Justice.

CSP appeals from an order of the trial court which denied her petition to modify her decree of divorce to give her custody of her minor children, FP and MJP. She specifically challenges the court's refusal to declare the non-existence of a father-child relationship between her ex-husband, DDC, and MJP. The trial court found that CSP was barred by res judicata and collateral estoppel from challenging the provision of a previously-stipulated modification...
