ARMSTRONG, Judge.

Defendant, Pervis Parker, was charged with distribution of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967. After a trial, a twelve member jury found him guilty as charged. He was sentenced to serve ten years at hard labor. The State subsequently filed a multiple bill against him. On the date of the hearing, September 18, 1989, the multiple bill was withdrawn.1 It is from this conviction...
