Defendant, Perry McKinley, and co-defendant, Ruben Johnson were charged in an indictment with aggravated criminal sexual assault and armed robbery. Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of aggravated criminal sexual assault and armed robbery and sentenced to consecutive prison terms of 60 years and 30 years, respectively, for each count.
