There are presently two (2) motions before me in this employment discrimination case, both filed on behalf of plaintiff Gloria Aiken ("Aiken"). The first motion requests that I enter final judgment under Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b) against plaintiff Aiken on Count IV and Count V of her complaint (Document No. 16), which allege, respectively, supplemental state law claims of wrongful discharge...
