We have before us plaintiff's "Motion to Amend Complaint" and the defendant's Memorandum in Opposition thereto. The plaintiff seeks to add claims for punitive and compensatory damages, and recovery of expert fees as well as a trial by jury on her Title VII sex discrimination claims.
