DEITS, Judge.

Defendant was originally convicted in 1986 of racketeering and failure to appear. ORS 166.720; ORS 162.205. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison on the racketeering charge. By stipulation, restitution to the victims of the racketeering activities was imposed as part of the sentence on the failure to appear charge. On that charge, the court suspended sentence, imposed five years probation and required defendant to pay restitution of $59,449.50, attorney...
