Plaintiff, Amy Unterberg a/k/a Amy Unterberg Schaefer, an incompetent by her guardian Susan Unterberg, alleges in this action that she sustained serious injuries as a result of inadequate medical care she received during her incarceration at the Lehigh County Women's Correctional Facility in July of 1988.
