This is a suspensive appeal filed by the employer, Riviana Foods, Inc., and its insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company, from a decision by the Office of Workers' Compensation in favor of Lester J. Bourque. Bourque sustained an injury in the performance of his work related duties on August 29, 1989 when several sacks of flour fell off a pallet hitting him backside.
