Florida Insurance Guaranty Association [FIGA] appeals an order in favor of Hasana Ali, as personal representative of the Estate of Saeed Ali, and in favor of defendants Phil Richman, Thelma Richman, Robbins Sundry and Grocery, and P.F.R., Inc., following a non-jury trial in a wrongful death action.
