OPINION

WILSON, Justice.

The sole issue presented for review in this appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in granting a temporary injunction that allowed Allan Than, appellee, to complete his medical studies at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston1. We hold that the trial court did not abuse its discretion and affirm.
