Russell Dethlefs appeals his sentences after pleading guilty to one count of distribution of a controlled substance (cocaine), a Class II felony, punishable by 1 to 50 years' imprisonment, and one count of distribution of a controlled substance (marijuana), a Class III felony, punishable by 1 to 20 years' imprisonment, a $25,000 fine, or both. Dethlefs was sentenced to concurrent terms of 18 to 24 months' imprisonment on the first count and 1 year...
