Plaintiffs in this case are Glenn D. Thesenvitz, Kenneth L. Wilson, Donald J. Heberlein, James E. Berwick, Ferrin K. Walker, Donald E. Palmer and Norma Stark as the personal representative for the estate of Lawrence R. Stark. The decedent, Lawrence R.
