On January 6, 1992, this Court granted a Stay Order, which arose from the arbitration provisions in the contracts between Tropical Cruise Lines, S.A. (hereinafter "Tropical Cruise") and Stolt-Nielsen Inc. (hereinafter "Stolt-Nielsen"). Now pending before this Court is the Motion filed by Stolt-Nielsen to Confirm the Stay Order, and, filed in "an abundance of caution," Stolt-Nielsen's Alternative Motion...
