After being apprehended for the armed robbery of the Florida Federal Savings Bank, appellant Richard Joseph Bauer pleaded guilty to armed bank robbery, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d) (1988), and being a felon in possession of a firearm, a violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2) (1988).
