ROBERTSON, Judge.

Anthony S. Burris appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief in which he alleged the ineffectiveness of trial and appellate counsel and fundamental error.2

We affirm.

Burris' allegations of error each concern the "sudden heat" aspect of the voluntary manslaughter instruction which was given at his trial. Burris maintains that trial counsel was ineffective because of counsel's failure...
