Appellant Edward Maeder contends that the trial court abused its discretion in granting respondent Phyllis Maeder's motion for increased and permanent spousal maintenance, by ordering the maintenance to be secured by Edward's life insurance, and by ordering Edward to pay $5,000 in attorney fees.
