A jury convicted Marion and Gregory Pecina of a conspiracy to distribute 50 or more grams of a mixture containing cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1988), and distributing five or more grams of crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1988) and 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(b)(1)(B) (West Supp.1991).
