Appellants Paul Reider and Cheryl Banta sued the Resurrection Episcopal Church and the Trustees of the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota, Inc. ("Church") and the City of Spring Lake Park ("City") for personal injuries they suffered in a motorcycle accident which occurred on Church property. Appellants claimed the Church was negligent in the way it maintained its land, and the City was negligent in maintaining, lighting, and signing...
