Defendants-appellants James A. Reep, Fatima J. Reep and Zan F. Calhoun appeal a summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-appellee Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Appellants contend that the service of process was insufficient and that the district court lacked personal jurisdiction.
