Appellant Kathryn Richardson claims that she was discharged by her employer in retaliation for pro-union activities. In addition to filing a charge with the National Labor Relations Board alleging that her employer had committed an unfair labor practice, she brought state-law claims for intentional interference with business relations and intentional infliction of emotional distress...
