Taggart, was indicted in the circuit court of Du Page County on five counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault (Ill.Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 38, par. 12-14) and one count of child pornography (Ill.Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 38, par. 11-20.1(a)(2)).
