Erb and John Jabouri d/b/a Starling Plaza ("landlords") appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting Terry Gregg's motion for a new trial after a jury had returned a verdict in favor of landlords and against Gregg in his personal injury action for injuries he sustained in a fall on landlords' premises in Arnold, Missouri.
