Richard C. Bieles, plaintiff and counterdefendant, appeals after a jury denied his claim against Orville L. Ables, defendant and counterplaintiff, for approximately $58,000 in contract damages. Bieles also appeals the jury's award of $14,000 in contract damages to Ables on Ables' claim against him. Ables did not file a brief.
