This case is before me on appeal from the Bankruptcy Court. Piedmont Trust Bank ("Piedmont") has appealed the Bankruptcy Court's denial of its motions to revoke the order confirming the debtor's plan, to convert the case to Chapter 7, and to lift the stay.
