Defendant-appellant Thomas Lowell Shaw (Shaw) was convicted, on his plea of guilty, of unlawful escape from custody in the Federal Prison Camp at Three Rivers, Texas, on May 19, 1991, contrary to 18 U.S.C. § 751(a). He was sentenced to twenty-six months' imprisonment, followed by two years' supervised release, and a fifty dollar special assessment. Shaw now brings this appeal challenging only his sentence.
