In this action for damages due to asbestos exposure, we are asked to decide whether it is proper for the court to have instructed the jury that, should they determine that the plaintiff's asbestos-related pleural thickening is not a compensable injury, then the plaintiff may bring a subsequent action if he develops a compensable asbestos-caused injury in the future.
